SEDAPLUS is a purified, gluten-free and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained by hydrolysis of starch. It is characterised by a high dextrose equivalent (DE). It is a clear, viscous liquid with a sweet, odourless taste.

High DE Glucose Syrup (50 -75) rich in dextrose (28-56%) rich in maltose (21-57%). It is used to improve body and texture, to enhance flavour, as an anti-crystallizing agent, and to balance sweetness of food formulations.

SEDASWEET is a glucose-fructose syrup. It is a purified , gluten-free and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides and is characterised by a low fructose (<10 %) content. It is a clear, viscous liquid with a sweet, odourless taste.

Glucose syrup with 9% fructose (F9). It combines the sweetness of fructose with the properties of other sweeteners to improve stability, act as an anti-crystallizing agent, extend shelf life, lower freezing point, enhance flavour and balance sweetness.

SEDAMALT is a purified, gluten-free and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained by hydrolysis of starch. It is characterised by a high maltose content (>40%). It is a clear, viscous liquid with a sweet, odourless taste.
